Satellite Communications System Program Office
This task required the delivery of a document suite that facilitated the design acceptance and through life support of equipment procured rapidly to support operations. The included the Integrated Logistic Support Instruction, Technical Certification Plan, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Systems Engineering Master Plan, Configuration Management Plan, training plans and supporting documentation. Joint Command, Control and Communications Roadmap
Sponsored jointly by Chief Capability Development Group and Vice Chief of the Defence Force, this task involved the development of a roadmap for the Joint Command, Control and Communications (JC3) capabilities. The task required the identification of all significant JC3 related projects, plans and activities, plans underway or in contemplation within the ADO, a gap and “overlap” analysis and options for redressing any gaps identified.
